Jaida's Birthday Vacation Continued

I Needed to do more then 1 post because it got to long which made it go all crazy!
July 9
Day 2 in Disneyland started out taking the train all the way around the park

they have an area that has the grand canyon with animals and some Dino's it's pretty cool then over to New Orleans Square where we got off and walk over to the Haunted Mansion Zoa Did not like this ride at all.

Critter Country was Next
We rode Winnie the Pooh first Zoa really liked this one she went on it 2 times once now and again later with grandma when we went on Splash Mountain



when we got off we saw Pooh, Eeyore, and Tigger and got there autographs. While we stood in line waiting we ate our lunch.

Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes

It looked fun standing in line, but man was it hard work.

Zoa's Paddle was almost as big as she was :)

as we were paddling around the water there was a cat in one of the displays Zoa was so proud of herself she paddled the whole way Amazing Huh! Not me I'm a little wimp I could not paddle the whole time it made my arms hurt so bad.

Splash Mountain was next
Zoa wanted to go on it but she couldn't so grandma took her on Winnie the Pooh she was happy again :) we went on Splash Mountain 2 time because we found out about these passes that are for families with little children that can't go on the rides. You get a pass before you get on and when that ride is over the person who stayed behind can go though the fast pass lane with one extra person we loved these passes.

Adventureland

Jungle Cruise was cool the girls loved the Elephants Zoa asked to pet one :) too cute!!

As we got off the boat we saw Indiana Jones walking in the street and then he started running after some guy into a building and they started fighting over a map it was quite interesting to watch.

Indiana Jones even came up to me and asked me if I had seen the man he was fighting go by I told him he went to the bridge

he thanked me and ran over to the bridge and started fighting him again

Indiana Jones won the fight this time and he ran off with the map in hand.

New Orleans Square
Pirates of the Caribbean was a just like the movie it was cool! When you first walk in Captain Jack Sparrow is on the wall so we took a picture just for Bonnie we know how much she likes Johnny Depp

it was also amazing how much he look just like him well the picture does not do it any justice

then we got on the train and went over to Fantasyland to see the Princess Fantasy Faire. (to see the SLIDE you may have to hit the X in the corner)

OK I lied earlier I said we went on the bobsleds on the 8th we didn't we went right after princess Fantasy Faire my bad see here is the picture of us on it. this was the day we went on it 3 times the other picture is just a picture Shaun took lol:) we would of gone more but Zoa had to pee so we left while Jaida, grandma, and Grandpa went again.

after the potty break Zoa really wanted to go on the carousel since she didn't get to go on the one yesterday. plus we had to kill some time while all the others went to the bathroom since they didn't go when we did then when they were done we went on it again.

as we got off the carousel we saw the sword in the stone so we tried to pull it out, but no luck :(

Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin

This TNT box was fun for the girls they tried to get the fireworks forever. After while it got really hard to pull up on the handle.

Once I saw the Fire Truck I had to get a Picture of the girls in it for Jared and April

We had Fast Passes for Indiana Jones (the only ride Shaun HAD to go on) so we walked to Adventureland which was on the other side of the park. grandpa told us to go a certain way which took us though Frontierland but if we didn't go that way we wouldn't of found the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad Ride which only had a 2 min wait. for some reason Jaidaella was all freaked out to go on it but Grandma made her go with her. so we grabbed the child pass LOVE IT! and they went on. I stayed behind with Zoa and when Jaida got off she said it was so fun silly girl I knew she would like it. We didn't get fast passes since it was only a 2 min ride so only me and Grandma went back on the ride this time it was way fun sorry no Pictures!

By this time it was getting dark and cold again and stupid me I brought the blankets but left them in the trunk of the car which does no good there. Zoa fell asleep which was OK because she was to small for the ride anyway so we grabbed our favorite pass and so everyone but Shaun and Zoa went on up, Which was quite funny to me because Shaun had been waiting all day to go on this ride we got back and it was Shauns turn Shaun Grandpa and I went this time. I enjoyed knowing what was going to happen and watching shauns reaction. quite fun may I say!!! Sorry No Pictures again

on our way out we passed fantasmic so we tried to find a good spot to stop and watch. we missed most of it but it was still good from what I could see. (which for me was not that much but Jaida had a good view though)

Because I forgot the Blankets we decided not to stay for the fireworks this night so we went to the car and as we got there the fireworks started so we sat in the parking lot and watched the fireworks by the car with the blankets we couldn't see all of them but we saw most of them which was fine with everyone.
